Hair Care & Maintenance

Hair Extension Maintenance Tips

If you’re looking for flawless hair that lasts longer and looks just as good as the first day you put it in, follow these simple steps and tips. You should always treat your hair like it’s as delicate as lace.

Pre-Installation

Before having your hair installed in your head, you should make sure that the hair is washed beforehand. If there are any issues to be noted, it will be noticeable at this time. While you’re washing the hair, you should do so in a vertical direction. If you do see any problems with the hair, you should contact 10bundles.com right away.

Installation

Wefts: You should never cut off any part of the weft. If these are cut, we are unable to guarantee that they won’t shed. You should never sew through the top of the weft because it could damage it and cause shedding, instead sew around the weft. We triple reinforce our wefts, but we still advise you to take precautions.  We also highly recommend that you seal your wefts with weft sealer for maximum longevity.

Maintenance

At 10bundles.com, we use the best care to maintain the Virgin hair that we sell. No harsh chemicals are used prior to selling it to our clients. Here is the process that we use:

 Cleanse the hair using special solutions that removes all dirt. We do this over and over until our hair experts are satisfied with the results. All bundles of hair are hand washed.

 Drying and inspection then follows. Each bundle of hair is inspected to ensure they reach our standards. After the cleansing is done, it is laid out dry, leaving it with natural shine and beauty!
